Data Disclosure
No data in the database is disclosed to parties outside Rahoituskumppani Suomi and its partners. Rahoituskumppani Suomi may disclose data within the limits regulated by legislation, for example to authorities. Data is not disclosed outside EU member states or the European Economic Area.
Register Security
Persons responsible for processing customer data are bound by confidentiality. Personal data stored in the customer register is processed confidentially and access by outsiders is prevented. Use of the register is instructed. The customer register system can only be used by persons authorized with a username and password.
Data Retention and Inspection
Personal data is retained as long as necessary to maintain the customer relationship or to fulfill any other purpose mentioned in the register description. The data subject has the right to inspect and correct their data. Inspection and correction requests can be addressed to the person responsible for register matters.
